we hatched four ducks! they are all a bit brown, but they lose there chick fluff as they grow up. soon, they will be white ducks. All ducks (chick or grown-up) have an oily layer to keep water of of them when they are swimming.

yesterday, we got a new hive of bees! we got 2,000 bees, but a lot where dead, and there was no queen! hopefully, we find the queen soon, because the bees can’t live without a queen. if we don’t find the queen, then the place we got the bees from will ship one to us.
A little while ago, we hatched 13 breese chickens. yesterday, 4 Peking ducks hatched.we hatch them from an incubator, not a hen this time. today, in the evening, i will take the chickens out. the ducks are not old enough yet. maybe next week i can get the ducks out, but getting chickens out sounds very fun to!
